About Jake:   In his fourth season as the starting Varsity second basemen, Jake plans to coniue to terrorize pitchers around Section IV.  Already holding several school records, Jake is eyeing one more in the school record for hits in a career (110, Pat Riley, 1999-2002).  A patient hitter with a great eye, Jake draws walks and creates problems for opponents.  With the fastest hands on the team, Jake shows great power for his size.  After missing ten games with a pulled hamstring, he seeks to improve on his already eye-popping statistics.  Jake is also the only player in Johnson City Baseball history to have won three Section IV Championships.  Driving in runs and playing solid defense, Jake looks to lead his team to a fourth consecutive title.
