-          Practice like you play, establish consistent routine

-          You control effort/ability

C.          ENJOY YOURSELF (have fun)

-          Trust your actions, mechanical to automatic

D.          PACE YOURSELF MENTALLY (not in practice)

-          Stay in moment, present is priority

E.          KNOW WHAT TO DO

-          Don’t take thinking too serious, compartmentalize, positive thoughts

F.           BE MENTALLY CONDITIONED (disciplined approach)

-          Self-discipline (black/white) leap into action= knowing

-          Helps you establish commitment
